    How to Use Walmart Pickup and Delivery

    Order groceries and household items from Walmart online and pick them up curbside or have them delivered.

    Create a Walmart account

    Go to walmart.com or download the Walmart app. Click "Create an account" and enter your email address and a password. You will need to add your delivery address and a payment method.

    Shop for items online

    Use the search bar to find items, or browse the Grocery section. Add items to your cart just like any online store. The app shows which items are in stock at your local store.

    Choose pickup or delivery at checkout

    When you are ready to check out, select "Pickup" for free curbside service or "Delivery" if you prefer items brought to your door. Choose a pickup or delivery time slot that works for you.

    Check in when you arrive (for pickup)

    When you pull into the Walmart parking lot, open the app and tap "I'm here." Tell the app which parking spot you are in. A Walmart associate will bring your order to your car — you do not need to go inside.

    Review your order after pickup

    If any items were out of stock, the app will show substitutions that were made. You can approve substitutions in advance in your account settings. Report any missing or incorrect items through the app for a quick refund.
