How to Use AnyList for Your Grocery List

Share a smart grocery list with your partner or family so everyone can add items from their own phone.

    1

    Install AnyList

    ~15s
Download AnyList from the App Store or Play Store. Open it and sign up with your email.
    2

    Create your grocery list

    ~15s
Tap the plus sign to start adding items. Type a food name — AnyList auto-suggests the item and puts it in the right aisle category (Produce, Dairy, etc.).
    3

    Share with family

    ~15s
Tap the list name at the top and tap "Sharing". Type a family member's email — they get an invite. Once they accept, everyone sees the same list in real time.
    4

Check items off as you shop

    ~15s
When you get to the store, open the list. Tap each item as you put it in your cart to cross it off. The checked items disappear so you can see what is left.
    5

Save recipes and save favorite items

    ~15s
AnyList also has a recipe feature. Paste a recipe link, and the app pulls out the ingredients so you can add them all to your shopping list with one tap.
