    How to Move Your Photos From an Old Phone to a New One

    Back up photos from your old iPhone using iCloud

    On your old iPhone, go to Settings → tap your name at the top (your Apple ID) → iCloudPhotos → turn on "iCloud Photos." Wait for the upload to finish — this can take 30 minutes to a few hours depending on how many photos you have. You'll see a progress bar at the bottom of the Photos app. Make sure you're on WiFi and your phone is plugged in.

    Restore photos on your new iPhone
