Find the return policy and window

Log in to your account on the retailer's website or app. Go to "Orders" and find the item you want to return. Check the return deadline — most stores allow 30 days, but it varies. Items must usually be unused and in original packaging.

Start the return online

Click "Return or Replace Items" next to the order. Select the item, choose a reason for the return, and choose your refund method (original payment or store credit). Follow the prompts to generate a return label.

Print or save the return label

Pack and ship the item

Pack the item securely in its original box if possible. Tape the return label on the outside of the box, covering any old labels. Drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label — UPS Store, FedEx Office, or USPS post office.

Track your refund
