Find a Subscribe & Save item

    ~16s
On Amazon, search for any product you buy regularly. On the product page, look for the "Subscribe & Save" option below the price — it shows the discounted price and the percentage you save. Not every product offers this, but most household staples do.
    2

    Set your delivery frequency

    ~22s
Click "Subscribe & Save" and choose how often you want it delivered from the dropdown: every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months, or other options. Choose based on how quickly you go through the item. Click "Subscribe Now."

    Quick Tip

Start with every 2 or 3 months for most items — you can always speed it up later if you run out before the next delivery.

    3

    Manage your subscriptions

    ~25s
Go to amazon.com/subscribe-and-save or in the Amazon app tap AccountSubscribe & Save. Here you see all your active subscriptions, upcoming delivery dates, and the ability to: change frequency, skip the next delivery, change the quantity, swap for a different product size, or cancel.

    Quick Tip

Quick Tip: You can change the delivery date of any upcoming shipment so multiple subscriptions arrive together in the same monthly box — triggering the extra 5% "5+ subscriptions in one month" discount.

    4

Add to your "delivery day" for extra savings

    ~20s
Amazon lets you set a monthly "delivery day" — all your Subscribe & Save items for that month arrive in fewer boxes on or around that day. This is better for the environment, can reduce packaging waste, and helps you hit the 5+ item discount threshold. Find this setting in your Subscribe & Save management page.

Cancel or skip if you have too much

    ~20s
If you have a stockpile building up, do not hesitate to skip or adjust. Go to AccountSubscribe & Save → find the item → "Skip Next Delivery" (free, one click). Or change the frequency to less often. You can cancel any time at no cost — Amazon does not charge fees for canceling.

Amazon Subscribe & Save is a feature that lets you set up automatic recurring deliveries for products you buy regularly. Instead of remembering to reorder shampoo, paper towels, vitamins, or dog food every month, you set it up once and Amazon ships it automatically.

The main benefit is a discount. Subscribing to an item gives you 5–15% off the regular price. If you have five or more subscriptions arriving in the same month, Amazon gives you an additional 5% off all of them. Over a year, this can add up to significant savings on items you would buy anyway.

You can choose how often each item ships — every 2 weeks, every month, every 2 months, or on other schedules. You can change the frequency, skip a shipment, pause a subscription, or cancel any time — there is no contract or commitment.

If the price of a subscribed item goes up, Amazon notifies you before shipment and gives you a chance to cancel before being charged. Your card is only charged when each shipment actually ships, not when you set up the subscription.

Popular Subscribe & Save items: coffee, vitamins, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper products, baby items, pet food and treats, personal care products, and non-perishable food.

You need an Amazon account to use Subscribe & Save. Prime membership is not required, though Prime members get faster shipping.
